8:00-9:00 AM on SAT
10:00-11:00 AM on WED
2:00-3:00 PM on SUN, MON, TUE

Objective:

Develop rhythm and coordination through structured dance routines.
Enhance flexibility, strength, and endurance with dance exercises.
Boost self-confidence and self-expression through movement.
Improve teamwork and social interaction in group dance sessions.
Introduce various dance styles such as hip-hop, ballet, and contemporary.

Requirements:

Age requirement: Participants must be 6 years or older.
Wear comfortable and flexible dance attire.
Proper dance shoes are required based on the dance style.
Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated during sessions.
Follow the instructor's directions and respect fellow dancers.
Regular attendance is encouraged for skill progression.
