8:00-9:00 AM on TUE & WED
10:00-11:00 AM on THU
2:00-3:00 PM on FRI

Objective:

Enhance flexibility, strength, and balance through yoga poses.
Improve mindfulness and relaxation techniques.
Promote better posture and body awareness.
Reduce stress and anxiety with guided breathing exercises.
Foster concentration and mental clarity through meditation.

Requirements:

Age requirement: Participants must be 10 years or older.
Wear comfortable and stretchable workout clothing.
Bring a personal yoga mat for hygiene and comfort.
A water bottle is recommended to stay hydrated.
Follow the instructor’s guidance and maintain silence during sessions.
Avoid eating heavy meals before the class.
Parents must sign a consent form before the first class.
